LeaderFactor is a management and leadership program that aims to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential. They have a variety of products, one of which includes “4 Stages of Psychological Safety” a program to help managers and individual contributors at all levels, including both intact and cross-functional teams to thrive.

What is Psychological Safety? Psychological safety is a sense of belonging to a team with the opportunity to interact with its members and contribute to its purpose without fear of being punished or feeling rejected.

My role is to help LeaderFactor with their 4 Stages of Psychological Safety product by redesigning their analytical dashboard.
